Cogent Staffing are recruiting on behalf of our Brighouse-based client for an Online Channels Supervisor to manage Shopify and Amazon operations, ensuring a smooth post-order journey and high-quality customer service.

You will supervise the online fulfilment operative, monitor orders, handle aftersales, report on performance, manage stock and use Sage 200.

Immediate start for the right candidate on a 3–6 month contract.
