We are a growing temporary and permanent staffing agency dedicated to connecting top talent with leading employers.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a confident and motivated Appointment Setter to support our recruitment consultants by generating new business opportunities.

The Role As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for proactively contacting prospective clients to introduce our recruitment services and secure qualified sales appointments for our consultants.

This is a key role within the business, focused on building relationships, opening doors, and creating new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities * Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients * Introduce our recruitment services and identify hiring needs * Secure qualified appointments for Recruitment Consultants * Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in CRM * Follow up on leads and nurture potential clients * Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and appointment targets What We re Looking For * Previous experience in appointment setting, BDM, telesales, or a similar outbound sales role * Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner * Resilient, target-driven, and self-motivated * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls * Experience within recruitment (desirable but not essential) What We Offer ...
