Main Purpose of Role:
- Being part of a dynamic Sales team, you will report to the Telesales and Customer Care Manager. It will be your responsibility to provide a first class breeding advisory service to dairy and beef farmers on a portfolio of products and services offered to achieve genetic improvement in the customer's herd.
Key Responsibilities:
- To review, plan and prioritise the daily customer call schedule
- To provide first class advice on products and services in order to fit to the customer requirements
- To manage and build a database of customers in order to achieve your individual targets
- To establish and maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service at all times
- To develop and maintain knowledge of the portfolio of products and services
- To develop and maintain knowledge of the industry and market trends
- To ensure that the company policies and procedures are adhered to
- To continuously develop and improve both themselves and the working practices
- To comply with Company policy and best practice in security, legal and regulatory compliance
- To ensure that all H&S responsibilities are fulfilled and that the team's (including the role holder), visitors and contractors safety and welfare is maintained
- To complete any other duties as required from time to time.
Essential Skills:
- Strong/Fluent in Italian
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- One to two years of previous sales or call centre experience
- An excellent work ethic and ambition to succeed
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- An interest in agriculture or cattle breeding would be advantageous although not essential
- Motivated and driven to achieve results
- A strong communicator both verbally and written
