Le titulaire réalise des travaux d’installation, de débranchement et de réparation des services du câble et Internet chez le client, tout en optimisant toutes les opportunités pour faire la promotion et la vente des produits et services offerts par l’entreprise.

Le titulaire doit être attentif et à l’écoute des besoins de la clientèle, il doit répondre de façon proactive et empathique à toute question et problème soulevés, tout en offrant un service professionnel et des réponses adaptées aux besoins du client. Principales responsabilités

  • Effectue l’installation des Ă©quipements requis pour le raccordement du rĂ©seau de distribution aux appareils de la clientèle.
  • S’assure du bon fonctionnement des Ă©quipements en place ou Ă©quipements installĂ©s.
  • Effectue l’installation, le dĂ©branchement, la relocalisation, le dĂ©mĂ©nagement ou la rĂ©cupĂ©ration chez les abonnĂ©s des Ă©quipements ou appareils et effectue le remplacement du fil de service lorsque requis.
  • DĂ©ploie les efforts requis pour assurer la rĂ©tention des clients qui expriment le dĂ©sir d’annuler leur abonnement ou de rĂ©duire leur niveau de service.
  • Effectue le prĂ©-filage et la pose de la boĂ®te d’accès dans les Ă©difices Ă  logements multiples.
  • Informe son supĂ©rieur immĂ©diat et le Centre de gestion du rĂ©seau (CGR) des besoins d’entretien ou de rĂ©paration du rĂ©seau de distribution lorsque les standards ne peuvent ĂŞtre atteints.
  • Analyse les problèmes et procède aux rĂ©parations nĂ©cessaires au système d’embranchement ou de raccordement.
  • Effectue lorsque requis des travaux d’entretien ou de rĂ©parations sur les Ă©quipements ou accessoires qu’il installe.
  • Lorsque requis, remplace la plaque de toute prise multiple dĂ©fectueuse.
  • Peut ĂŞtre appelĂ© Ă  aider les employĂ©s affectĂ©s Ă  la pose ou la relocalisation de lignes maĂ®tresses ou de lignes de distribution et peut ĂŞtre appelĂ© Ă  aider Ă  la pose des pièces Ă©lectroniques qui sont associĂ©es Ă  celles-ci.
  • Peut ĂŞtre appelĂ© Ă  participer Ă  la prĂ©paration de ces pièces en atelier.
  • Occasionnellement, peut ĂŞtre appelĂ© Ă  aider les employĂ©s affectĂ©s Ă  des travaux d’entretien, de rĂ©paration ou de mise en marche de lignes maĂ®tresses, de lignes de distribution ou d’autres composantes de l’infrastructure.
  • Complète ou rĂ©dige certains rapports, formulaires ou autres documents relativement au travail effectuĂ©.
  • Recueille les informations nĂ©cessaires Ă  l’estimation des coĂ»ts d’installation.
  • Lorsque requis, participe Ă  la formation d’un nouvel employĂ©.
  • Assume toutes autres tâches s’assimilant aux principales responsabilitĂ©s mentionnĂ©es Ă  la prĂ©sente description d’emploi.

Exigences

Détenir Une Des 3 Exigences Académiques Suivantes:

  • DEC ou AEC en Ă©lectronique, en tĂ©lĂ©communications, en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • DES + DEP en Ă©lectronique, en Ă©lectricitĂ©, en installation d’équipements de tĂ©lĂ©communications, en rĂ©paration de petits Ă©lectromĂ©nagers ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • DES avec 5 ans d’expĂ©rience en installation-service dans une entreprise de tĂ©lĂ©communications.

Horaire de travail

La semaine normale de travail est de 37.50 heures réparties du dimanche au samedi inclusivement. Les heures doivent se situer entre 7h30 et 21h00 du lundi au vendredi inclusivement et entre 8h00 et 17h00 les samedis et dimanches.

Salaire horaire

Le salaire est celui de la classe 1 du Service technique et varie de 25,78 $ Ă  40,01$.
