We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our Guest Service Team as a Receptionist & Reservations Team Member. If you take pride in your work, love a supportive team, and enjoy making guests smile, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide information about park facilities, amenities, and activities.
- Assist guests with check‑in and check‑out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Offer recommendations and guidance on local attractions, restaurants, and events.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and issues with empathy and attentiveness, striving to resolve them.
- Process reservations in a busy call‑centre environment and at reception or via phone.
- Operate multiple booking software systems.
- Collaborate closely with accommodation and maintenance departments to ensure seamless service coordination.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of park offerings, including accommodation, amenities, and recreational activities.
- Proactively identify opportunities to exceed guest expectations.
- Update and maintain guest records accurately in the reservation system.
- Uphold and promote company values, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Demonstrate strong problem‑solving abilities, remaining calm under pressure.
- Review online bookings and book guests onto park activities.
