The Role
As a Team Member for Accommodation & Cleaning, as well as Guest Accommodation we also have roles in Laundry, and Touring Blocks, so flexibility is required to ensure our guests are presented with the highest possible standard while always striving to exceed expectations. You will support the Accommodation & Cleaning Manager/Supervisor and your team colleagues by performing your role to the best of your ability while conforming to company policy, procedures, and goals. You will comply with all Health & Safety and COSHH procedures within the workplace, always keeping yourself, co‑workers, and guests safe.
Key Responsibilities
- To consistently deliver clean and well‑maintained accommodation within the given timeframe.
- To always carry out accommodation cleaning duties safely and effectively.
- To follow the check list of areas to clean within the accommodation and ensure completion of appropriate paperwork.
- To report any maintenance problems without delay.
- To undertake any necessary training as deemed necessary by management.
- To follow company procedures, guidance, and training as appropriate.
- Report any Health & Safety matters immediately to the Accommodation & Cleaning Manager/Supervisor and take any remedial action within the realms of your training, ensuring the Company remains compliant.
- Any other ad‑hoc duties requested by management.
