Cofton Holidays is currently recruiting for a Full-Time Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our happy team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a good telephone manner and be a team player.
Duties Include:
- Assisting customers on our main Reception Desk
- Dealing with customer enquiries & bookings via phone
- Processing payments
- Answering emails
- Taking down information quickly and accurately
- Responding to customers via various social media channels & live chat
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role
- The ability to work under pressure
- Excellent customer service and typing skills
- NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Business Admin or similar would be an advantage
Benefits Include:
- £13 per hour
- Part-time hours may be available
- 40 hours a week, 5 days out of 7 to include 1 weekend day
