The Role

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Accommodation Cleaning Team Member to help ensure our accommodation and guest facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

You'll work as part of our Accommodation & Cleaning team, supporting the preparation and presentation of guest accommodation.

Flexibility is important, as responsibilities may vary depending on business needs.

This is a hands-on role that plays a vital part in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You'll work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure every guest arrives to a spotless, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare holiday accommodation to the highest standards within agreed timeframes.
  • Ensure all cleaning duties are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures.
  • Follow cleaning checklists and complete any required documentation accurately.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate department.
  • Comply with all Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
  • Take part in training and development opportunities when required.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards at all times.
  • Report Health & Safety concerns immediately and take appropriate action within the scope of your training.
  • Support colleagues and assist with other reasonable duties as required.
