About the Role
As an Accommodation Cleaning Team Member, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our guests arrive to accommodation that is spotless, welcoming, and ready for an amazing holiday.
While your primary focus will be cleaning guest accommodation, you may also be asked to support other areas within the department, including our laundry team and touring facilities. Flexibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude are key to success in this role.
Working alongside your colleagues and reporting to the Accommodation & Cleaning Manager or Supervisor, you'll help maintain the high standards that Cofton Holidays is known for.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing guest accommodation to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Following cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Ensuring accommodation is ready within set turnaround times.
- Reporting maintenance issues or damage promptly.
- Following all Health & Safety, COSHH, and company procedures.
- Working safely and responsibly to protect guests, colleagues, and yourself.
- Completing relevant records and paperwork where required.
- Participating in training and development opportunities.
- Supporting other areas of the Accommodation & Cleaning department when needed.
- Providing a positive contribution to the wider team and guest experience.

- Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in their work.

- Can work efficiently whilst maintaining high standards.
- Are reliable, punctual, and positive.
- Have good communication skills.
- Are flexible and available to work weekends.
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
