We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Accommodation & Cleaning Manager to lead our housekeeping and cleaning operations and ensure we consistently deliver our 5-star standards.
The Role
As Accommodation & Cleaning Manager, you will take full responsibility for housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning operations across the park. Leading a diverse team, you’ll ensure all accommodation, amenities, and communal areas are maintained to the highest standard. This is a hands-on leadership role combining team management, operational planning, compliance, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Accommodation & Cleaning team
- Manage rotas, holidays, attendance, and payroll
- Maintain exceptional 5-star cleanliness and presentation standards
- Oversee stock control, purchasing, laundry processes, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with COSHH, fire safety, and Health & Safety procedures
- Coordinate accommodation changeovers using RMS and maintain accurate records
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Work collaboratively with Reception, HR, and Operations teams
- Manage departmental budgets and drive cost efficiencies

You’re an organised, people-focused leader with a strong background in housekeeping, cleaning, or facilities management. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining exceptional standards.
- Proven experience managing housekeeping or cleaning operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Confident with Health & Safety and COSHH compliance
- Experience using rota, booking, or property management systems and Microsoft Office
- Customer-focused with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
- Positive, approachable, and able to inspire others
