The Role

Working alongside an external company to grow the variety of activities, as the Outdoor Activity Instructor, you will ensure customers and guests are welcomed, suitably prepared and instructed to take part in their adventure activity. You will ensure that our guests have a great experience, that the equipment and facilities are correctly set up for each activity and that the appropriate paperwork has been completed. You will support the Leisure Manager and the team by performing your role to the best of your ability while following company policies, procedures and targets. You will follow Health and Safety guidelines.
