Cofton Holidays is seeking a Swim School Coordinator to support the smooth day‑to‑day administration and organisation of our growing Swim School. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication and administrative skills who enjoys working independently while supporting a busy and successful swimming programme.

About the Role

As Swim School Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of our Swim School, ensuring lessons run smoothly and customers receive excellent service. This flexible role offers a combination of remote working and on‑site support when required. A company laptop and mobile phone will be provided, allowing you to efficiently manage communications and administration from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing swim lesson bookings, spaces, and waiting lists.
  • Coordinating lesson schedules and participant movements between classes.
  • Recording and processing holidays, absences, and catch‑up requests.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for swim school enquiries via email and phone.
  • Maintaining accurate swim school records and databases.
  • Liaising with swim teachers, reception teams, parents, and guardians.
  • Supporting termly planning and administrative preparation.
  • Monitoring attendance and communicating any issues to the management team.
  • Helping identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

About You
