We are looking for a motivated and reliable
Grounds Assistant to join our friendly team.

The Role
As a Grounds Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the appearance, safety, and smooth operation of our estate.
Working as part of a supportive team, you'll help ensure that our grounds and facilities remain welcoming and well-presented at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general grounds maintenance and landscaping duties.
- Safely tow caravans, trailers, and equipment around the estate.
- Assist with guest arrivals and "show on" duties, helping visitors settle into their accommodation.
- Complete daily site inspections and safety checks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of communal areas, pathways, and estate facilities.
- Undertake routine Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks.
- Identify, report, and assist with minor maintenance repairs.
- Follow all Health & Safety and COSHH procedures to ensure a safe environment for colleagues, guests, and visitors.
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents, holiday guests, and visitors.
- Work weekends on a rota basis and provide occasional on-call support when required.
About You
We're looking for a proactive and dependable individual who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, estates, landscaping, or a similar role.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience towing trailers and equipment. ( essential)
- Confidence working independently when required.
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of a rota.
- Basic IT skills and confidence using digital systems.
