The Role
We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Accommodation Cleaning Team Member to help ensure our accommodation and guest facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
You’ll work as part of our Accommodation & Cleaning team, supporting the preparation and presentation of guest accommodation. Flexibility is important, as responsibilities may vary depending on business needs.
This is a hands‑on role that plays a vital part in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You’ll work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure every guest arrives to a spotless, welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare holiday accommodation to the highest standards within agreed timeframes.
- Ensure all cleaning duties are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures.
- Follow cleaning checklists and complete any required documentation accurately.
- Report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate department.
- Comply with all Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
- Take part in training and development opportunities when required.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards at all times.
- Report Health & Safety concerns immediately and take appropriate action within the scope of your training.
- Support colleagues and assist with other reasonable duties as required.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Takes pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Has a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Has good communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Is reliable, punctual, and flexible.
- Can work weekends as part of the regular shift pattern.
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
