Cofton Holidays is seeking a Front of House Complex Supervisor to lead the FOH team across Amelia's Café, The Warren Bar, The Swan Pub and The Pizza Kitchen. The role focuses on delivering excellent guest experiences, adherence to licensing, and maintaining high service standards.
You will support the FOH Manager, supervise operations, and coach staff in drink preparation, service quality and upselling, while ensuring a welcoming, safe and compliant environment for guests and colleagues alike.
