Cofton Active – wellbeing, walking, light fitness and social activities for midweek, retired and lifestyle guests.
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate day-to-day activity operations and ensure sessions run smoothly
- Coordinating other team members to deliver a full and varied programme
- Support the development of new activity programmes and lesson plans
- Promote and deliver age-appropriate, engaging activities across all brands
- Manage activity bookings using online systems and encourage advance participation
- Handle guest enquiries, waiting lists, cancellations and feedback
- Work with schools, groups and partners to support educational and off-peak programmes
- Promote activities, merchandise and upsell opportunities to boost engagement
- Ensure activity areas are safe, clean and well-presented
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Friendly, confident communicator with a positive approach
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- IT confident, ideally with booking or scheduling systems
- Enthusiastic, proactive and guest-focused
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and school holidays
