Cofton Holidays in Devon is seeking an experienced Accommodation & Cleaning Manager to lead housekeeping, laundry and cleaning operations across holiday homes and amenities. You will oversee staffing, training, performance and budgeting to maintain Cofton’s renowned 5-star standards for thousands of guests each year.
This hands-on management role combines people leadership, operational planning and compliance, with 45-hour weeks over 5 days (including weekends).
