Cofton Holidays is currently recruiting for a Full-Time Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our happy team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a good telephone manner and be a team player.

Duties Include:-

  • Assisting customers on our main Reception Desk
  • Dealing with customer enquiries & bookings via phone
  • Processing payments
  • Answering emails
  • Taking down information quickly and accurately
  • Responding to customers via various social media channels & live chat

Requirements:-

  • Experience in a similar role
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent customer service and typing Skills
  • NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Business Admin or similar would be an advantage
