The Role:

Casual hours of work will vary with shifts between 6.30am and 9.30pm during the week and at weekends. Shifts are allocated on a weekly rota and planned well in advance. We are really passionate about not only our guests' experience but also their safety, and our Lifeguards are a pivotal part of this! This role is all about our guests, from the moment they enter our leisure facilities until their departure. On a typical day you will find yourself lifeguarding our indoor and outdoor pools, welcoming and guiding guests, addressing their queries, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, taking payments… and all the other usual tasks involved in a busy Leisure department.

We will give you full training and support, but there are a couple of things we need:

  • Flexibility with ability to work weekends
  • Industry experience is preferable
  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification

Due to the location of the park and the hours of work it is advisable that you have a driving license and the use of a car to get to and from work. Experience working in the leisure industry preferred.
