The Role
We’re looking for proactive, multi‑skilled Estates Assistants to support a variety of key areas across the park. Your work may include Guest Service Warden duties, hot tub maintenance, grounds work, amenity block cleaning, and general complex cleaning. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our facilities running smoothly and ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, safe, welcoming environment. This is a hands‑on, varied role working across multiple departments—no two days are ever the same.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and carry out “show on” duties to ensure smooth arrivals and orientation
- Complete daily warden checks, including routine safety and site inspections
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across facilities, pathways, communal areas, and amenity blocks
- Keep the main complex and its amenities clean, well‑presented, and on schedule
- Carry out hot tub changeovers on Mondays and Fridays, including draining, cleaning, and refilling
- Support general estate upkeep, maintenance tasks, and groundskeeping
- Tow caravans, trailers, or equipment safely around the park
- Work closely with Guest Services, Accommodation, and Maintenance teams to deliver seamless service
- Use our booking system to manage late arrivals
- Participate in on‑call overnight shifts (accommodation provided when required)
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience as a park warden, groundskeeper, cleaner, or similar role (desirable)
- Full driving licence
- Towing/trailer experience is an advantage
- Comfortable working independently
- Flexible, with weekend availability
- Basic IT confidence for using booking systems
Working Pattern & On‑Call
Includes weekend and out‑of‑hours support on a rota basis. On‑call allowances and call‑out payments apply in line with company policy.
