We at Coforge are looking for a Test Manager in Waterside, UK. We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead and deliver high-quality testing for airline application systems, with a strong focus on Amadeus Altea Customer Management (CM) modules including JFE, ACA, and Self-Service. This is a key role requiring both leadership and hands-on testing capability, ensuring alignment with QA standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Lead, plan, and oversee end-to-end testing activities across airline application platforms.
- Collaborate closely with QA engineers to ensure consistency in testing standards and delivery.
- Independently manage testing efforts for specific solutions when required.
- Ensure quality assurance processes are aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to track progress, defects, and testing outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.
Proven experience as a Test Manager / Test Lead in complex environments. Ability to lead testing activities while also executing tests independently when needed. Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working in large-scale airline transformation or digital programmes. Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery models.
