Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and hands‑on
Automation Engineer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining robust test automation frameworks for enterprise‑scale applications.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in UI, API, and database testing, a solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, and a passion for driving quality through automation.
This role requires a "hard-core" automation professional who can independently build automation solutions from the ground up while collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks.
- Create and execute automated test scripts for Web, API, and backend systems.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
- Develop automation strategies and ensure effective test coverage.
- Execute regression, functional, integration, and end‑to‑end automated testing.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide recommendations for quality improvements.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Improve automation efficiency, maintainability, and execution speed.
- Mentor junior automation engineers and promote best testing practices.
