We at Coforge are hiring for Verisk SME with the following skillset:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Application & Business Support
    • Act as SME for Verisk applications, providing domain and functional expertise
    • Support BAU operations, incidents, service requests, and problem management
    • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
    • Ensure SLA adherence and proactively identify risks
  2. Functional & Technical Expertise
    • Understand Verisk data models, workflows, APIs, underwriting, rating, and enrichment services
    • Support integrations with core insurance systems (policy, claims, billing, portals, data platforms)
    • Validate data feeds, transformations, and outputs
    • Assist in upgrades, version changes, and regression testing
  3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
    • Act as primary point of contact with Verisk for product issues and roadmap discussions
    • Collaborate with business users, BAs, developers, QA, and DevOps teams
    • Translate business requirements into system impacts and solution recommendations

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–12+ years in insurance IT/application support with strong Verisk experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Verisk products (data enrichment, risk assessment, underwriting, rating, analytics)
  • Strong understanding of P&C insurance domain
  • Experience in incident, problem, and change management
  • Ability to analyze logs, data flows, and integration issues
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

  • Experience with APIs, batch integrations, messaging, and data platforms
  • Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM frameworks and monitoring tools
  • Exposure to cloud platforms, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
