We at Coforge are looking for an Endevor Administrator in Sheffield, UK.

In this role, you will:

  • Perform Endevor administration on a daily basis
  • Lead and support regional and global projects to enhance the products to conform to SDLC and DEPL standards
  • Analyse and build various automations to eliminate toil
  • Build work for new and existing applications
  • Integrate Endevor with mainframe pipelines on Jenkins (mZooM)
  • Provide daytime and out-of-hours support
  • Liaise with customers, enabling them to transform their ways of working and handle incidents (our customers are mainframe developers)

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • A high level of technical administration and consultancy for the Endevor software product and other innovations, based on in-depth knowledge of Endevor and surrounding processes
  • Knowledge and/or experience of Agile and DevOps processes and tooling
  • Strong knowledge of Change management processes and SDLC & DEPL standards
  • Teamwork within the global team
  • Ability to work individually and within a team
  • Ability to produce high-quality technical and other documentation
  • Professionalism throughout
  • A wide range of technical skills covering Java, COBOL, JCL, IWS, File-Manager, Debugger, DB2, ISPF, CICS and VSAM
  • Use of associated DevOps tooling such as for code quality checking, scripting and orchestration

Desirable additional skills/knowledge:

  • Experience of related technologies, such as Jira/Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, G3/Ansible, DBB
  • Experience in managing operational processes focused on meeting risk and compliance standards
  • Prior experience in working with global teams delivering changes across multiple geographies
