We are looking for a seasoned QA Lead with over 12 years of experience in testing cloud-based enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in at least one of the following platforms:
- Salesforce
- Oracle Cloud ERP / CPQ
- ServiceNow
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end testing for CRM and ERP systems.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of system functions and business processes.
- Identify testing gaps, create and maintain test cases and test cycles.
- Perform test execution, document results, and manage SIT, E2E, and UAT phases.
- Communicate issues early from test cycles to help raise risks proactively.
- Collaborate with business leads and QA leadership to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Explain project/customer business processes clearly and effectively.
- Work across multiple applications/modules beyond primary expertise.
- Utilize test management tools such as Jira and Zephyr.
Required Skills:
- Deep understanding of Salesforce for customer management and case processing.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle Cloud Integration.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
