We at Coforge are looking for an experienced QE Program Manager to join our team in London, UK. The role involves leading quality engineering programs across complex delivery environments, managing multiple testing workstreams, and engaging with senior stakeholders across business and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end‑to‑end QE program delivery, coordinating across multiple TLA test execution plans.
  • Ensure seamless execution of cross‑dependent workstreams and timely delivery of testing milestones.
  • Quickly assess, stabilize, and take ownership of in‑flight programs.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for QE-related planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with Senior Executives (IT & Business), Project Managers, Development Managers, and Test Leaders.
  • Provide clear status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong program management experience in Quality Engineering (QE).
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stream testing programs.
  • Proven complex / large‑scale QE program management experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal ramp‑up time.
  • Willingness to work 3 days a week from the customer’s London office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Domain experience in Banking / Payments (Cash) is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with senior leadership and large enterprise environments.
