Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to join our existing DSS team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting business users with IT-related issues and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in new joiner onboarding, meeting room support, system reimaging, application installation, printer support, and Windows 11 environments across the organization. Strong expertise in Windows OS, Mac OS, system configuration, and troubleshooting will be critical for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Reimaging Machines
- Manage reimaging of laptops and desktops using SCCM (PXE).
- Maintain a stock of prebuilt spare machines for quick replacement and user allocation.
- User Onboarding and Offboarding
- Set up devices for new joiners, including first-time login, MFA configuration, and account setup.
- Update CMDB with accurate asset and user details.
- Troubleshooting and Support
- Provide advanced-level support for operating system and Office-related issues.
- Troubleshoot OS installations, application compatibility issues, and driver conflicts.
- Application Deployment
- Install, configure, and support enterprise applications.
- Ensure smooth deployment through MECM/Intune.
- Hardware and Peripheral Support
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues (laptops/desktops).
- Provide printer and meeting room support.
- Documentation
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
