We at Coforge are hiring for Global Markets Transformation Leader with the following skillset:
- Proven track record of leading front-to-back Global Markets transformations across asset classes such as Fixed Income, Equities, FX, Rates, Credit, and Structured Products and understanding of platforms such as Murex, Calypso, & others.
- Define and drive the strategic transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, product strategy, operating model, and technology modernization.
- Partner with senior global stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Risk, Product, and Technology to deliver enterprise-wide change and business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, operational processes, data, controls, and regulatory requirements within capital market.
- Lead large-scale global programs, managing complex stakeholder groups and influencing executive leadership across multiple regions.
