Key Responsibilities- Own test & automation strategy aligned to business priorities.
- Drive sprint-based automation delivery with clear scope & sign-offs.
- Lead feasibility assessment, prioritization, and dependency management.
- Build QE as a Horizontal Capability.
- Set standards for test plans, scenarios, evidence, and regression suites.
- Enforce quality governance and mentor QE leads/SDETs.
- Showcase ROI via reduced cycle time & improved release confidence.
- Improve frameworks, reusability, and reduce manual effort.
- Strengthen test data management and multi-layer review processes.
- Apply AI for test design acceleration, smart regression, defect clustering, flaky test detection, and script optimization.
- Define AI guardrails and measure productivity impact.
- 12–16 years in QA/QE with 3+ years as a Test/QE Manager.
- Strong test strategy, planning, governance & stakeholder management.
- Ability to operate in client-facing London environment.
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Katalon or equivalent).
- Experience with risk-based regression design.
- Strong Insurance domain; London Market preferred.
- Exposure to enterprise platforms (CRMs, portals, workflow systems).
