Key Responsibilities:
- Build and rapidly prototype visually compelling Tableau dashboards.
- Develop scalable, production-ready dashboard solutions with modern frontend technologies.
- Perform advanced data wrangling and transformation using SQL.
- Use SQL and Python for data processing and analytics workflows.
- Ensure dashboards are modular, high-performance, and cloud-ready across multiple OpCos.
- Integrate visualisations into operational workflows for real-time decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Data Engineers, and Analysts to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Design reusable dashboards for multi-airline (BA, Iberia, Aer Lingus, Vueling) deployment.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of dashboard development with expertise in Tableau.
- Strong advanced SQL skills for data transformation.
- Experience in BI/Analytics roles (BI Developer, Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst, etc.).
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to deliver value quickly in new environments.
- Airline/logistics domain knowledge is a plus.
- Must be able to work on-site in London initially and travel internationally when required.
