Associate Client Partner - BFS to join our Banking & Financial Services (BFS) team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an emerging client leader who wants to accelerate their career within a global digital services organisation.

Working alongside an experienced Senior Client Partner, you will play a key role in managing and growing a portfolio of leading banking and financial services clients, helping to identify new opportunities, strengthen executive relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of strategic technology and transformation programmes.

We are looking for 5+ years engagement manager experience where you have been accountable for end-to-end account success, including sales, delivery, revenue growth, stakeholder management, and overall client satisfaction.

This role is ideal for someone with

5+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, technology sales, account management or client engagement who is ready to take the next step towards a future Client Partner or Account Director career path.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Support the Client Partner in managing and developing strategic client relationships across a portfolio of Banking & Financial Services accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders across business and technology functions.
  • Become a trusted and responsive point of contact for day-to-day account activities.
  • Understand client priorities, challenges and business objectives to identify opportunities where our capabilities can add value.
  • Help coordinate executive meetings, account reviews and strategic planning sessions.
  • Account Growth & Opportunity Development
  • Actively identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships.
  • Work with internal consulting, delivery and solution teams to position new capabilities and services.
  • Support pipeline development, opportunity qualification and proposal activities.
  • Track account growth plans and contribute to achieving revenue targets across the portfolio.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the Banking & Financial Services sector.
  • Delivery Collaboration
  • Partner closely with delivery teams to ensure successful execution of client engagements.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address risks or concerns.
  • Support governance activities, steering committees and programme reviews.
  • Help ensure projects are delivered in line with client expectations and contractual commitments.
  • Commercial & Account Management
  • Support forecasting, account planning and revenue tracking activities.
  • Assist in the creation of business cases, proposals, presentations and client-facing materials.
  • Maintain account plans and stakeholder maps.
  • Contribute to account strategy discussions and growth initiatives.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, digital transformation initiatives and emerging technologies within the BFS sector.

  • Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 5+ years of experience within IT Services, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, Account Management, Client Engagement or Technology Sales.
  • Experience working with Banking and Financial Services clients, either directly or through a consulting/services organisation.
  • Strong interest in building a long-term career in client leadership and account growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities and drive client value.
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders across both business and technology functions.
  • Experience working in a global delivery environment would be advantageous.
  • Highly organised, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
