We at Coforge are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Deskside Support Engineer to join our existing DSS team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting business users with IT-related issues, new joiner onboarding, meeting room support, reimaging machines, application installations, printer support, and managing Windows 11 operating systems across the organization.

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, macOS, system configuration, and troubleshooting is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reimaging Machines: Perform laptop/desktop reimaging via SCCM using PXE. Maintain a pool of spare built machines for quick allocation during laptop swaps.
  • User Onboarding/Offboarding: Set up laptops for new joiners, including first-time setup and MFA configuration. Update the CMDB with accurate asset information.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced-level support to resolve Office and operating system-related issues. Troubleshoot OS installations, application compatibility issues, and driver conflicts.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for existing processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices to support knowledge sharing.
