Lead Business Analyst
Location: Telford, UK
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst with a strong background in delivering Pega BPM solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in business analysis, particularly within Pega environments, and a proven ability to work closely with UK-based Product Owners, business stakeholders, and global scrum teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define project scope and business requirements.
- Lead and facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and workshops.
- Translate business needs into detailed specifications and requirement rules within the Pega platform.
- Write clear and comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Validate test scenarios and ensure alignment with the definition of ready.
- Review implemented stories, provide feedback, and suggest improvements.
- Conduct elaboration sessions and lead “show and tell” demonstrations to stakeholders.
