Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of FICO Debt Manager tool across business units.
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating functional requirements into system configurations and enhancements.
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Collaborate with stakeholders in Finance, Risk, IT, and Compliance to ensure alignment with business goals.
Drive data integration, reporting, and automation initiatives within the FICO ecosystem.
