About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead and deliver high‑quality testing for airline application systems, with a strong focus on Amadeus Altea Customer Management (CM) modules including JFE, ACA, and Self‑Service. This is a key role requiring both leadership and hands‑on testing capability, ensuring alignment with QA standards while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and oversee end‑to‑end testing activities across airline application platforms
- Design, write, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases
- Collaborate closely with QA engineers to ensure consistency in testing standards and delivery
- Independently manage testing efforts for specific solutions when required
- Ensure quality assurance processes are aligned with business and technical requirements
- Coordinate with stakeholders to track progress, defects, and testing outcomes
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Test Manager / Test Lead in complex environments
- Strong hands‑on expertise with Amadeus Altea CM (JFE, ACA, Self‑Service modules)
- Demonstrated experience in airlines/aviation domain (mandatory)
- Ability to lead testing activities while also executing tests independently when needed
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in large‑scale airline transformation or digital programmes
- Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery models
