- Core Data Architecture Skills
- Advanced data modelling (conceptual, logical, physical) using ER Studio
- Expertise in entity-relationship modelling, data warehousing principles, dimensional modelling, and denormalization
- Strong SQL and ETL/ELT design experience
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK, metadata, lineage)
- Familiarity with cloud and hybrid architectures (Snowflake migration experience desirable)
- Deep understanding of financial instruments, fund structures, product/account management, and performance attribution
- Experience with regulatory data requirements (Solvency II, EMIR, ESG reporting)
- Ability to design solutions for a range of asset management domains, such as risk analytics, performance and attribution, valuations, and liquidity reporting
