Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to identify business needs, define solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flows.
- Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
- Collaborate with development, testing, and project management teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support solution design discussions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and obtain business sign-off.
- Assist in change management activities, training, and user documentation.
- Monitor project progress and help resolve business-related issues and risks.
- Ensure requirements traceability and maintain project documentation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
