Lead Business Analyst – Pega BPM
Experience Required: Minimum 8 years as a Lead Business Analyst delivering Pega BPM applications.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and key business stakeholders based in the UK to define scope and business objectives.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- Lead and execute requirement capture sessions with business teams.
- Translate business needs into well-defined specifications and requirement rules within the Pega platform.
- Ensure all requirements are accurately documented and traceable.
Agile Delivery
- Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Validate test scenarios and ensure they meet the definition of ready.
- Review implemented stories and provide feedback for enhancements.
Continuous Collaboration
- Conduct elaboration sessions and “Show & Tell” demos to stakeholders.
- Liaise with business teams to clarify new requirements and ensure mutual understanding.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in delivering Pega BPM solutions as a Lead Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of Pega Specification and Requirement Rules.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with UK-based clients.
