PEGA Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced PEGA Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for PEGA-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills, hands-on experience with PEGA projects, and the ability to translate business needs into functional solutions.,

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with PEGA Developers, Architects, and QA teams throughout the project life cycle.
• Analyze and optimize business processes using PEGA best practices.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews.
• Create process flows, business requirements documents (BRDs), and functional requirement specifications (FRSs).
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, governance, and documentation requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working on PEGA BPM/CRM projects
• Strong understanding of business process modelling and workflow automation.
• Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of PEGA Customer Service, Smart Dispute, Decisioning, or Case Management solutions.
• Understanding of PEGA's low-code application development platform.
• PEGA Business Architect (PCBA) certification is preferred.
• Experience working in Banking, Insurance, Telecom, or Government sectors.
