Work Mode: Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite

Role Purpose: We are looking to onboard two resources to support a large programme. The role focuses on PMO and project management support, ensuring effective coordination, governance, and reporting across workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide PMO and project management support within a large project or programme environment.
  • Maintain and update risk and issue registers, ensuring visibility and timely escalation.
  • Coordinate status reporting and produce accurate programme MI (Management Information).
  • Support programme governance activities, meetings, and documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure delivery against agreed milestones.
  • Build strong working relationships across the business to support programme objectives.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience in PMO and project management support roles within large programmes.
  • Familiarity with Project Management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to persuade and influence.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Additional Information:

  • No direct people management experience is required.
  • No specific qualifications or certifications are mandatory for this role.
  • Willingness to attend the Milton Keynes office one day per week is required.
