Overview
Join Coffi Lab as a Kitchen Team Member (Cardiff CF3). Based in Rumney (Cardiff, CF3), the Coffi Lab Kitchen brings all food offerings under one roof including an in-house artisan bakery. Fresh, local, quality produce will be used in all our menus with a focus on seasonality, provenance and, most importantly – taste. We may consider full or part-time contracts to suit. The hourly rate is £12.25.
Responsibilities
- Help prepare a range of high-quality products. Training will be provided.
- Work daytime hours with support from an experienced and creative team to provide only the most delicious food for our Labs.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, organisation and food safety compliance.
- Be a strong team player, able to work on your own initiative with great communication and multitasking skills.
Qualifications
- Interest in food; experience gained from within a food manufacture/preparation environment is desirable but not essential.
- Strong teamwork, communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to commute to Unit 28 Wentloog Buildings, Wentloog Road, Rumney, Cardiff CF3 1TH with start times as early as 7am.
