Join Coffi Lab as we enter an exciting new chapter of food & drink for our growing group of coffee stores. The Coffi Lab Kitchen brings all food offerings under one roof, including an in‑house artisan bakery. We use fresh, local, quality produce in all menus with a focus on seasonality, provenance and taste. We are looking for Kitchen Team Members to join our expanding team. Full‑time or part‑time contracts can be considered to suit. The hourly rate is £12.25.
Key Responsibilities
- Help prepare a range of high‑quality products.
- Support an experienced and creative team to provide delicious food.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, organisation and food‑safety compliance.
- Work independently, multi‑task and communicate effectively.
Qualifications
- Interest in food and cooking.
- Desirable experience in food manufacture/preparation (training provided).
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and multi‑task.
- Can commute to the Coffi Lab Kitchen in Rumney (Cardiff CF3).
Working Hours & Location
Daytime hours, starting early as 7 am. Unit 28 Wentloog Buildings, Wentloog Road, Rumney, Cardiff CF3 1TH.
