After the successful launch of Coffi Lab's new wine and cocktail pop-up in Rhiwbina, we are looking to recruit a team so that we can roll this out on a regular basis. We are looking for Glass Collectors to help our customers to continue enjoying the simple things a little later into the evening. We will be serving a curated selection of drink and nibbles, with last orders being at 8:30pm. Initially, the available shifts would be Friday, Saturday and Sundays working 15:30 to 21:30.
Responsibilities include:
- Proactively clearing and cleaning tables, collecting and washing glasses
- Running drinks and nibbles to customers
- Assisting the Bartender as required (restocking, preparing garnishes etc)
- Supporting with the close down at the end of the shift
We are looking for a team player who is proactive and can maintain an appropriate pace to keep on top of tasks, often working under pressure. If that sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
