Our Coffi Lab Baristas are central to creating an exceptional customer experience. You will serve prompt, great-tasting coffee in a warm, friendly, and engaging manner. Join our Thornbury team on a full‑time basis (35–40 hours per week, 5 days a week). We are open 7 days a week and value flexibility. Rotas are prepared at least a week in advance. Open shifts start at 6:30 am and close shifts finish around 6:30 pm. All Baristas are paid £12.25 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Delight every customer with our exceptional Coffi Lab customer service.
- Craft consistently beautiful coffee with basic latte art, following recipe and presentation standards and understanding all milks served.
- Help the team keep the store spotless, ensuring a pleasant workplace and visit.
- Multitask in busy conditions, following processes to maintain speed of service and product quality.
