Role Summary: The Proposals Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the tendering team. This role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role is an initial 3-month Fixed-Term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate and establish photographic evidence from past and present projects and document case studies to establish a UK portfolio of both asset and project construction.
- Visit construction sites in the UK and establish technical construction details to populate case studies.
- Work when required from the Ransom Wood office.
- Develop an extensive library of case studies and CV's to enable UK pre-construction to fulfil obligations of PQQ obligations for potential new frameworks and clients.
- Explore social media and expand UK exposure with targeted clients.
- Support the pre-construction manager in fulfilling depth of required information as part of Framework PQQ's.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders—engineers, project managers, and external partners—to ensure information is structured, accurate, and accessible.
Essential Criteria:
- 2-3 years previous experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment and thrive in a deadline orientated, fast-paced setting.
- Excellent attitude and team player.
- Great interpersonal and communications skills
- Knowledge of procurement portals and tender submission platforms is an advantage but not essential.
- Full clean UK Driver's Licence
Desirable Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree - Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field
