About The RoleRole Summary: As a Graduate Project Engineer, you will support the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the UK. You\āll gain handsāon experience in project planning, design, and execution, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This role offers a pathway to Chartered Engineer status and longāterm career progression.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and delivery of MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control & Automation) and civils projects.
Support the development of technical documentation including PFDs, P&IDs, method statements, and risk assessments.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Contribute to site inspections, commissioning activities, and troubleshooting.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Participate in design reviews and help ensure engineering solutions meet client requirements.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for senior engineers and project managers.
About YouEssential Criteria
BEng or MEng in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CAD tools.
Full UK driving licence.
Desirable Criteria
Interest in sustainability and innovation in infrastructure
Some travel required across Coffey sites
Some understanding of construction industry
