The Marketing Executive will play a key role in generating high-quality visual and written content to support Coffey’s UK operations, with a particular focus on project-based storytelling, case studies, and bid/tender submissions. The role is suited to a hands-on content creator who is comfortable visiting live project sites to capture photography, video, and technical insights, and translating these into clear, structured materials for both marketing and business development purposes. This role offers an opportunity for a Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience to further develop their career within a multidisciplinary engineering and infrastructure organisation operating across the UK and Ireland. The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and engage effectively with operational teams in a technically complex, project-led environment. Regular travel to project sites across the UK is required. This is not a purely desk-based digital marketing role.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation and Project Capture (Primary Function)
- Capture and produce photography and video content from project sites, offices, and events using appropriate equipment and editing tools
- Lead development of case studies and project profiles by working with operational teams to gather and structure technical content
- Translate technical information into clear, factual written materials
- Develop content for use across tenders, social media, website, and marketing materials
- Maintain a structured library of imagery, video, and project content
- Business Development and Tender Support
- Contribute directly to tender submissions and prequalification documents, particularly quality and experience sections
- Provide project evidence materials including imagery and case studies
- Work with bid and operational teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of content
- Digital Channels (Supporting Function)
- Maintain and publish website and social media content
- Support basic email communications
- Assist with basic performance tracking
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in a marketing or content-focused role
- Experience in photography and/or video content creation (portfolio required)
- Experience developing case studies or long-form content, ideally within engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and technical teams
Desirable Skills
- Video editing and/or design capability (e.g. Adobe Suite)
- Experience working in a project-based or site-based environment
