About The Role
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience to progress their career within a multidisciplinary engineering and infrastructure organisation operating across the UK and Ireland. The Marketing Executive will support Coffey’s water, energy, transport, and civil engineering businesses in the UK, alongside Coftec’s water treatment solutions. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and wider business stakeholders, the role requires a marketing professional who can operate with a high degree of independence, manage multiple priorities, and contribute effectively within a technically complex environment. The role requires regular travel to project sites, offices, and industry events across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Support the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns. Execute multi-channel campaigns including content, social, email, and paid activity. Track campaign performance using CRM and analytics tools.
- Content Creation and Brand Development: Create high quality marketing content including case studies, articles, and social content. Translate technical information into clear, engaging content. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Digital Marketing Management: Manage website and social media content. Support email marketing campaigns. Optimise digital performance.
- Analytics, Reporting, and Insights: Monitor performance and track KPIs. Conduct market and competitor research.
- Sales and Business Support: Supporting generation and proposals. Maintain CRM data.
- Events and Industry Engagement: Support events, conferences, and exhibitions. Prepare marketing materials.
- Marketing Operations and Administration: Support purchase orders and budgets. Assist with sponsorship programme administration.
Travel and Expenses: Reasonable business travel expenses will be reimbursed in line with company policy for travel to project sites, offices, meetings, and industry events.
About You
Essential Criteria:
- Degree in Marketing or marketing related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Strong digital and content marketing experience
- Experience with CRM and analytics tools
Desirable Criteria:
- SEO and PPC knowledge
- Design or video editing skills
