Working Pattern & Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Overview: We’re looking for an enthusiastic experienced manager, passionate about coffee & cake while delivering great customer service and developing and supporting the team. No experience in coffee is needed as full training will be provided in store and at one of our Coffee Academies. Our stores open 7 days a week between 7am & 7pm. A degree of flexibility around these days and times is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering excellent customer service and upholding the brand standards.
  • Managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Recruiting, training, and supporting a high‑performing team.
  • Maintaining store appearance and ensuring the area is ready for customers.
  • Handling cash and sales transactions accurately.
  • Managing inventory and ordering stock as needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety and safeguarding policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience, preferably in hospitality or retail.
  • Ability to commute to the store a minimum of an hour before opening and an hour after closing.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
  • Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work within flexible hours and adapt to scheduling needs.
