We’re looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative to lead the delivery of impactful design across brand, digital, print, packaging, and environmental platforms. With strong conceptual thinking and a sharp eye for detail, you’ll bring bold ideas to life that are both strategically sound and beautifully executed.
You’ll collaborate closely with strategy, content, and creative teams to ensure every piece of work is purposeful and on-brand. Your portfolio should showcase your creative flair, attention to detail, and ability to deliver across a range of formats. We’re looking for a thinker and a maker—someone who takes pride in great ideas and high standards, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and lead creative concepts from brief to final execution across print, digital, and environmental media
- Translate brand strategy and insights into impactful, audience-focused design
- Maintain consistency in brand identity and visual standards across all touchpoints of digital marketing campaigns
- Create storyboards and visual assets for video content, applying core motion design principles where relevant
- Comfortable art directing on video projects
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure creative integrity and usability across platforms
- Produce user-friendly layouts, wireframes, and interfaces that support intuitive experiences
- Ensure all creative outputs meet project objectives and reflect high-quality execution
- Become a trusted Brand Guardian for our clients
- Report into the Creative Directors on major projects, providing insight into key creative decisions
Requirements:
- Strong, varied portfolio showcasing creative and conceptual design
- Degree in graphic or digital design (or related field)
- 5+ years of agency or professional design experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Motion skills using Adobe After Effects + Premier are a bonus
- Strong conceptual and UI/UX design ability
- Confident in presenting ideas to clients and teams
- Skilled in brand execution across digital, print, and environmental media
- Highly organised with strong communication skills
- Detail-focused and able to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
